  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and almond extract in a bowl. Press into a 9×13 inch dish.
  2. Layer sliced strawberries evenly over the crust.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; blend in vanilla extract and lemon juice.
