  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet (about ¼ inch thick).
  4. Press sliced strawberries and blueberries into the yogurt layer.
  5. Sprinkle granola, mini chocolate chips, and shredded coconut on top.
  6. Freeze for 2–3 hours or until solid.
  7. Remove from the freezer and break into bite-sized pieces.
